Terms of Use

1. Who we are

These terms are a public offer of “WAVERISE” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Waverise LLC), registered in the Republic of Armenia, registration number 290.110.1467373, taxpayer number 01365166, registered address: 73 Andranik Street, Malatia-Sebastia, Yerevan 0064, Armenia. (“Waverise”, “we”). They cover the paid digital services we sell under this merchant account.

Waverise Tools is the paid AI catalog at tools.waverise.org. Blik VPN is the prepaid VPN at blik.waverise.org and in the Blik Telegram bot. Paying, topping up a balance, or using either service means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy then in force.

2. Waverise Tools

Waverise Tools runs paid, per-job AI tasks such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, background removal and image generation. The product-card trial is an exception: when enabled, it allows three lifetime successful final generations per current account, subject to separate attempt and global budget limits. Trial reservations are not cash or paid credits. Paid product-card generation is currently unavailable. A quoted USD price is shown before you confirm. The job starts only after the matching amount is reserved or paid on your USD credit balance.

There is no subscription and no automatic card renewal. You top up a USD balance (from $1) and we debit only the jobs you run. If a job fails or times out on our side after that debit, the same amount is returned to the balance automatically.

Output is generated by third-party models. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or unusable. You are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it.

3. Blik VPN

Blik VPN is a technical means of carrying your traffic through our servers. We do not alter the content of that traffic and are not its recipient. Access is personal credentials and a subscription link; you may not pass them to others. Simultaneous devices are limited by the chosen plan.

An account has one prepaid balance. Every payment is a top-up. There is no automatic recurring card charge: we do not store card details and we do not start a new charge unless you confirm it. You choose how the balance is debited: a monthly term at the plan price, or only on UTC days with traffic (the active-day rate is 20% higher per day than the monthly rate). Both figures are shown before you confirm.

A debit is never doubled and never partial. If the balance is short, access is paused after a short grace period and is restored automatically after a sufficient top-up. Traffic volume is not billed as a product; a technical cap (500 GB per account over any rolling 30 days in the current revision) may pause access until the window falls below the cap. Trial access, if offered, is limited and creates no duty to extend it.

If a Blik-specific page and this document differ on VPN operations, the Blik page governs the VPN product; this document governs payment, refunds and the merchant relationship with Waverise LLC.

4. Accounts

On Waverise Tools you may sign in with Google or, on the Russian site, with Yandex. Blik VPN is used through the Blik Telegram bot and the Blik site. Keep credentials under your control. We may suspend an account that is abused, charged back, resold, or used to break the law.

5. Payment

Prices for Tools are quoted in USD. Blik VPN currently quotes in the currency shown in the bot (rubles). Checkout may convert the amount into the currency of the payment method.

We accept cards in USD via Paddle, rubles via YooKassa, and crypto via Heleket. Card and wallet details are processed by the payment provider; Waverise does not receive or store them. A payment is credited only after the provider confirms it, and a top-up is applied once.

Fiscal documents, where required, are issued by the payment provider under applicable law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy at tools.waverise.org/legal/refund, which is part of these terms. In short: unused paid balance or unused Tools credits can be refunded to the original payment method; promotional bonuses and amounts already used for a delivered job or a used VPN day/term are not returned as cash. Failed Tools jobs are credited back to the Tools balance automatically.

This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to you.

7. Acceptable use

You must have the right to upload audio, video or text you send to Tools. Do not upload illegal material, content you do not own, or any sexual content involving minors.

You may not use Tools or Blik VPN to break applicable law, send unsolicited bulk messages, run network attacks, scan other people’s networks, distribute malware, resell access without a written deal, or probe or overload the service. We may pause access, rate-limit, or refuse jobs that break this rule.

8. Availability and liability

The services are provided as is. We do not guarantee a particular model quality, VPN speed, exit country, or uninterrupted availability. Routes, models and servers may change without prior notice.

To the extent allowed by law, Waverise LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the unused paid funds on your balance (and, for a single Tools job, to the amount paid for that job). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Paying or using the service after a change means you accept the new terms. The English text is the original; a translation is for convenience.
